The Republic of Srpska Administration for Inspection Affairs, in cooperation with the European Bank and the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) from Belgrade, organized a two-day training for inspectors and employees from the regional departments of Banja Luka, Prijedor, and Doboj.
On March 18 and 19, all employees had the opportunity to upgrade their existing knowledge through lectures delivered by top-notch lecturers on subjects related to administrative and minor offence proceedings, as well as occupational health and safety. Aside from the theoretical part, practical and interactive parts were also held for those present, where training participants engaged by asking questions and, above all, delegating practical cases from their professional experience.
The introductory speech on behalf of the Inspectorate was given by Milorad Narić, Assistant Director for Legal, Financial, and IT Affairs, while Dušan Vasiljević, Director of the Department for Competitiveness and Investments, addressed those present on behalf of NALED.
The training was organized and conducted on behalf of the Republic of Srpska Inspectorate by Dejan Ćudić, Expert Advisor for Project Management and European Integrations, and on behalf of NALED, by Aleksandar Simić, Coordinator for Regulatory Reform. The lecturers were Vera Božić Trefalt, an expert in occupational safety and health, Jovica Damnjanović, an expert in administrative procedures, and Dušan Radanović, an expert in minor offence procedures.
The project envisages that this type of training will soon be conducted in the remaining three regional departments of the Inspectorate, namely in Bijeljina, Istočno Sarajevo, and Trebinje. We must emphasize that this is one of a series of activities within the Inspectorate’s project, which aims to improve business processes and strengthen the institution’s human resources.
