The Republic Labour Inspection Service conducts inspection surveillance concerning compliance of the regulations referring to employment, work and working relations, safety and health at work and other administrative areas is so regulated.
In accordance with regulated competences, the Republic Labour Inspection Service controls:
- signing and application of employment contracts,
- salary and fees calculation and payment,
- working hours, vacation and hiatus,
- termination of work relations,
- working conditions of the unions and councils of workers,
- organization of implementation of occupational health and safety and
- other requirements prescribed by the law.
