In accordance with the Law on Free Access to Information, the Republika Srpska Inspectorate has developed the Guide and Register which regulate the procedure to access information under the competence of the Republika Srpska Inspectorate.

In order to realize the right to access information, a citizen needs to fill in the Request for Information and deliver it to the Republika Srpska Inspectorate in the way prescribed in the Guide and Register.
