On its 8th Working Session held on 20 May, 2012, the Republic of Srpska Government discussed the Report on the Work of the Administration for Inspection Affairs of the Republic of Srpska for 2012. After discussing the Report the Government forwarded it to the Republic of Srpska National Assembly who adopted it on 3 July, 2013 at its 28th Session.

In accordance with the Law on Free Access to Information, the Republika Srpska Inspectorate has developed the Guide and Register which regulate the procedure to access information under the competence of the Republika Srpska Inspectorate.
In order to realize the right to access information, a citizen needs to fill in the Request for Information and deliver it to the Republika Srpska Inspectorate in the way prescribed in the Guide and Register.
